What is your shipping method?

 

All orders will be shipped with tracking number within 2 business days of cleared payment, unless a PRE ORDER. Sneakers orders will always be double boxed.

Shipping Services : USPS 3-6 business day First Class Package Service, UPS Ground 3-7 Business Day, and USPS 2-4 Day Priority Mail shipping service unless International.

 

Tracking number will always be provided, therefore any claim of un-received or lost merchandise will be resolved with Paypal/Bank/Credit Union of Customer.

Do you give refunds?

 

All sales are final. No returns/refunds/exchanges, unless through seller error. Please be sure to always purchase the correct size and make sure the shipping address is correct prior to payment.

Upon payment for this merchandise, the buyer acknowledges that "chargebacks" or "unauthorized purchases/transactions" will not be attempted through their bank or credit union.

How do I know the merchandise is authentic?

 

 

We understand the hesitation you may have when buying sneakers/streetwear, but we can give you our word that all of the store products are 100% authentic guaranteed. Most brand new shoes come with receipts upon request from established retailers like: Footlocker, Footaction, Champs, or Finish Line to name a few. 407KICKZ LLC takes their reputation very seriously and is a legit, reputable business. Please refer to the Feedback section of the site to see customer testimonials/comments.

What forms of payment do you accept?

 

Debit/Credit cards are accepted through the PayPal Payment Portal. 100% Guaranteed buyer & seller protection. If BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESSES Do Not Match on the Order, the Order will be CANCELLED. In some cases, in order To avoid a cancellation, please be sure to use PAYPAL at checkout where you may use different Billing & Shipping addresses. No paypal account is required to use paypal at checkout.

I'm in Orlando and don't want to wait for shipping, can we just meet up?

 

If you'd like to place an order for Local Pickup, DO NOT Place an Order on the Website. ALL WEBSITE ORDERS will only be fulfilled via shipping. Please reach out to us on social media OR shoot us an email at: kickzforthepeople@gmail.com ... Payment will be collected via Zelle, Cashapp, or Apple Pay prior to the Local Meetup for whatever item(s) you'd like. We will suggest meeting at the Orlando Police Station to keep the customer comfortable after full payment has been received.

How do PRE-ORDER items work?

 

When a sneaker is listed for PRE-ORDER that means you are paying for the shoes prior to the release date and will have them shipped a few days after the release. This 100% guarantees your pair with a copy of the original sales receipt upon request. PRE-ORDERS are meant to take the hassle of getting a pair secured off of your hands and into ours. Handling time may take a few business days as PRE-ORDERS are usually open for about 1 week. All PRE-ORDER purchases are due by the business day prior to the release date at 5:00pm EST.

Do you buy shoes?

 

Yes. If you have any sneakers you're interested in selling to us, Message @407Kickz on instagram OR shoot us an email at kickzforthepeople@gmail.com and include the following information: pictures of shoes, condition of shoes/box, asking price and size. We'll be sure to get back to you promptly if all requested information is received and will continue from there.
