What is your shipping process?

 

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed unless otherwise stated (example: PRE-ORDER items).

Every order includes tracking information and is carefully packaged for protection during transit. Sneakers will always be double boxed when possible.

 

Domestic Shipping Estimates:

​

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3-7 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 business days

  • UPS Ground: 3-7 business days

​

Free shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders over $75 before taxes.

​

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. 407Kickz is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses entered by customers, or lost/stolen packages marked as delivered.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. Every sneaker and vintage item sold by 407Kickz & Vintage is carefully sourced and inspected for authenticity.

Most sneakers are purchased directly from trusted retailers, collectors, or verified platforms. Vintage clothing is individually sourced and curated by hand.

 

We take authenticity seriously and will never knowingly sell fake or unauthorized products.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

 

All sales are considered final.

 

Because many items are vintage, limited, secondhand, or one-of-one, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless there was an issue caused on our end.

 

Please carefully review all product photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition notes before purchasing.

 

If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to help

Do you offer local pickup in Orlando?

Yes, local pickup may be available for select orders.

 

Please do not place an order through the website if you are looking for local pickup first. Contact us through Instagram, email, or text before purchasing to coordinate availability.

 

For safety reasons, meetup locations will be agreed upon after payment has been received.

How do PRE-ORDER items work?

PRE-ORDER items are products secured before their official release date.

 

By purchasing a PRE-ORDER item, you understand the product may ship days after the official release depending on shipping and fulfillment timelines.

 

Estimated fulfillment windows will be listed on the product page whenever possible.

 

All PRE-ORDER purchases are final

Do you sell used sneakers?

Yes. Some sneakers sold on the website may be pre-owned.

 

Any used condition, flaws, wear, discoloration, or defects will always be clearly shown in photos and/or described in the listing.

 

We aim to be as transparent as possible with condition details.

Are vintage items true vintage?

 

Most vintage items sold by 407Kickz & Vintage are genuine vintage pieces from the 1980s, 1990s, and early 2000s.

 

Because vintage clothing is secondhand, signs of wear may be present. Any major flaws will be noted in the product description.

Vintage sizing can differ from modern sizing.

 

We recommend checking measurements listed in each product description instead of relying only on the tagged size.
